Hi @Matti Lattu and welcome to the community,

Since you are on a paid plan, and it's kind of difficult for us to see if you have available workspaces, I would suggest to raise a request to Atlassian. They will be able to help you out on this.

Hello @Matti Lattu

It guess it might be form few reasons.. First check if you are logging in with correct account (the one that received the email).. Second verify if you are an workspace owner.. then make sure that nobody else already linked this (another admin - if exist of course)

Overall please confirm is this a personal or company Bitbucket workspace.. and also are you are original creator of the workspace? Overall it is also good to check if you see repositories under any workspace when simply browsing Bitbucket?

Hi @Matti Lattu

To link your workspace to your organisation, you'll need to both be a workspace administrator (for the workspace you are linking) and an organisational administrator (for the org you wish to link it to). I can see in both instances that you satisfy these conditions, so you should be able to perform the linkage.

The steps are highlighted in our documentation but are as follows:

  1. Go to admin.atlassian.com.

  2. Select the organization you would want to link your workspace to. (Note: Please only select the workspaces that you want to be part of your organization as you will not be able unlink them later.)

  3. Once inside the organization, select Apps image-20250923-224746.png

OR

Under Apps, click Atlassian apps

4. In the upper-right corner, click "..." and then select Link Bitbucket from the dropdown menu

If you still encounter issues - I'd highly recommend that you raise a ticket directly with our support team (as you are a paying customer and are entitled to do so). If you encounter issues riasing a ticket - please let me know your timezone so that I may raise one on your behalf with the appropriate team:

Cheers!
