I need to transfer account/admin ownership (super admin) of my Bitbucket Account to another Bitbucket account, because the Gmail account that is used for login was getting locked out (also no access to Bitbucket's 2FA code that is sent to the email).
I have read the support Q&A: https://support.atlassian.com/bitbucket-cloud/kb/different-ways-to-change-bitbucket-cloud-shared-workspace-ownership/
But, since I cannot log into Bitbucket with the super-admin account, I can't do the `transfer ownership` via the said Administration menu/account.
Is this the right place to ask for such assistance? Somehow, I couldn't make a ticket for this kind of managerial issue.
