Account Locked Out - Post Migration

I have migrated my bitbucket installation using this article. Specifically completing the "Move Bitbucket serverto a different machine".

 

Now I am re-creating my application links with my JIRA server, however I am locked out of my Bitbucket installation. I had previously used a JIRA User Server to authenticate and do not have the default admin password.

 

I then followed the lockout recovery process, but when I am manually starting the bitbucket application from the command line (start-bitbucket.bat) both elastisearch errors out, and the bitbucket command window goes away too fast to see the errors.

 

I am locked out of my installation and cannot create my application links :( 

 

My specific instance of Bitbucket is 5.3.7

Please help!
