Hello,
Is there a way to completely exit a bamboo plan nicely when a condition is not met ? like when it can't find certain value ? For example, I don't want the rest of the tasks executed when a variable does not exists.
probably the conditional tasks in Bamboo are what you are looking for.
Please check if this is suitable for your use case:

Thanks for your response. The conditional tasks will only work for bamboo variables. I want to be able to pass a variable to the conditional tasks that is created dynamically within one of the tasks. For example,
bamboo variable is var1 = true
I want this var1 to be available to be overwritten thru one of my tasks and then i can use conditional task to check for the value. Is this possible ?

I think Inject Variable Task (which is bundled) might do the trick
