I want to do the similar thing using bamboo CLI. adding the tomcat deployment server and then delploying it, Is it possible

The only thing that Bamboo Command Line Interface (CLI) supports in this area is the ability to add such a task to a plan similar to any other task - see Examples for AddTask Action.
