http://localhost:8085 does not show anything

i installed standalone bamboo server and after running start-bamboo.bat script it launches a tomcat server instance. but when i am trying to launch bamboo using http://localhost:8085 it does not show me anything.. it shows a blank page

Can you check the Bamboo logs to see what it might be doing?  Does the application appear to be running at all?
