how do i keep the remote agents online

i have 2 remote agents that keep going offline.  how do i keep it online

Which OS are they running on?  The agents default startup script will detect that they fail and restart them.  If they are continually failing and restarting, check the agent log.

Read the log file to find out why they are stopping, and fix that.
