Just wanted to make sure that this is indeed due to the maintenance expired? The wording is very confusing - normally by maintenance it means if maintenance is expired, the product will still work? Else it really should be called "software license".

XSRF errors are usually due to a mismatch between the configured URL and the one you are using in your browser.
Try to validate the URL you are using and set it to match Bamboo's URL set in <myBaseUrl> at:
<bamboo-home>/shared/configuration/administration.xml
