Unable to delete/disable users in bamboo server

I have admin permissions, but I am unable to disable or delete users from the UI.

Is there something I am missing?

How is your user directory setup? Are you seeing any errors in the log?

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.

It turns out that we are using Windows Active Directory. So we disabled from that side.
