Offline local agent during backup

We backup the database of Bamboo at 2:00am each night, during that time, the local agent switch to offline and doesn't start when the backup finish. Our devs need to restart the agent manually each morning. Is it possible to change the timeout setting of the agent and prevent switching to offline?
