Agent is available and it is online. But when try to run any plan it is showing no agent can build this job.

Inside the Plan configuration, check each Job's Requirements tab and see if there is any specific capability that is declared and missing on the Agent.

It can also be the case of an Agent that is dedicated to another Project/Plan/Job and will not build other unlinked Plans.
