Maven build is getting success in local, but it is failing in Bamboo build

I have below dependency in my pom.xml. When I am doing maven build in local machine, build is successful. But , with the same pom.xml build in bamboo is failing with below error.

[ERROR] error reading C:\Users\svc.svc.toolsbuild\.m2\repository\com\ibm\jzostoolkit\jzos-toolkit\jdk8\jzos-toolkit-jdk8.jar; cannot read zip file. Please help me on making build success in bamboo also.
