I don't find setting button when I want to create a bamboo agent.

Hi,
I want to set a bamboo agent so I can run my test script when PR is created in Jira.
I have read some docs such as https://confluence.atlassian.com/bamboo/bamboo-remote-agent-installation-guide-289276832.html
But I don't find settings button in website panel:
Why? Is this issue related to priority? Do I need to ask IT support team in my company?
