How do you publish a single bamboo spec?

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

I have multiple bamboo specs each with their own `main` entry point.  They all have their @BambooSpec label and when I run `mvn -Ppublish-specs` it publishes everything.

I want to publish a single plan. How do I do this?
