First Pass Yield Metric and other quality reports from Bamboo

I am interested in implementing a FPY  (First Pass Yield, which is a yield metric) within our organization.  

I believe the triggers are present in Babmoo pull requests but I just dont know the firststep to trying to implement and measure this metric.

I want to understand how much rework is occuring when a dev engineer completes a pull request, it is peer reviewed and our SDET validates the PR.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
