Error running plan using network Git Repository

I've configured a plan to use a network based Git Repository.

When I run the plan I get the following error.

Error encountered while triggering manual build: com.atlassian.bamboo.repository.RepositoryException: 'X: Web Group Technical DevGroup SOURCE CONTROL Git EchoWebServiceProcessor.git': java.net.UnknownHostException: 'G

Plan 'ESWP-ESWPDEV' did not start

I've also tried the full UNC servername Web Group Technical DevGroup SOURCE CONTROL Git EchoWebServiceProcessor.git

Where is the Git repository hosted? On a Windows file share? If you could post what the URL to the repository is here it will help me figure out whats wrong.
