Deployment to Test failed due to "RequestTimedOutIOException"

I was performing a deployment to Dev server. Usually it takes 15 min to Build and release  the changes to Server. But this time it took more than 30 min to complete and it completed with an error:

I checked the logs and below is the snap of the specific error:

Error Text:
"Failed to execute the build 'ABSL-AW-JOB1-637': Uncategorized exception occurred during JMS processing; nested exception is javax.jms.JMSException: org.apache.activemq.transport.RequestTimedOutIOException"

I investigated about this, but didn't came across any article regarding this.
