Clarification on Bamboo-supported MySQL version

On the Bamboo supported platforms page, it has 5.6.3 and 5.7 as the supported versions of MySQL. Does anyone know if that means only those 2 versions? OR is it 5.6.3 and above and 5.7 and above?
