Can Bamboo will publish the test results in Zephyr and report bug for failed test result in JIRA?

We are using Query Surge for automated test suite which is integerated with Bamboo CI Tool. If all the test results from query surge will come into bamboo. Can we publish the test results through bamboo to Zephyr and also log a bug for failed test case in JIRA?
