Bamboo "Add new credentials" admin function

On my 5.12.3.1 bamboo server release, only two types of Credentials can be added (AWS or SSH). Type "user/password" should it not be provided?

User/password shared credential type was added only at Bamboo 5.13 - https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/BAMBOO/Bamboo+5.13+Release+Notes
