Bamboo installation is stuck

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
I am trying to run my Bamboo in my AWS instance but its stuck. Tried making a completely new instance thrice still doesnt work. waited for the instance to load minimum 30mins each.
I made sure my jdk is 1.8 version, checked my path which seems right.
