Bamboo Spec dev

We have a project that we are transitioning over to using Bamboo specs.

At this point, it appears that the only time that plans are created/updated is when the YAML updates are pulled into `main`.

We can change this by going into the project settings and changing the branch for the spec repo, but this seems clunky, as we could have multiple devs working on different plans.

Is this just the way it is, or am I missing something?
