I have a Build Plan successfully building on an elastic agent, which starts up correctly when a build is triggers.
My deployment project does do its job when an elastic agent is already running, but it doesnt not trigger one to fire up if there isn't one started.
Is there a configuration option which should enable this feature? I would have assumed it was on by default.
