Bamboo Datacenter, New node not starting up

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
Configuration:
Setup bamboo-home
Setup shared home using EFS
Copied bamboo.cfg.xml from main node to new one under bamboo-home
When starting, server is not starting up, no errors, no logs
Check the image for server start up logs
