Any recommended sources for bamboo training?

There appear to be no instructor led in person or online resources on the Atlassian site for Bamboo training. This training is for a team that previously has not used a CI tool before and wants to ensure best practice is adopted when we setup bamboo.

The Understanding the Bamboo CI Server provides the fundamentals on what Bamboo is and how it works.

In regards to actual training, there are some third party companies that offer this kind of training.  Here are a couple links:
