How to comment an subtask when another subtask is in the status done.

Hi everyone,

we have a automation that create 3 Subtasks. (dtp, grafik and video).

We need a comment on the dtp sub task when the grafik subtask is transition to done.

I try several things but it doesnt work and the audit log told me every time :

NO ACTIONS PERFORMED

"I try several things but it doesnt work" gives us nothing to work with.

All I can tell you is "use an automation or scripting app to do it"

Ok, so this automation rule says:

When a "CDN Grafik" issue is transitioned to done, if its parent issue has at least one subtask of type "CDN DTP", then add a comment to the parent issue

"no actions performed" means that the "if" conditions in there are not being met.
