Silver Solution Partner Application - Seeking Help

Hi everyone,

I’m hoping someone here might be able to share some guidance. 

I initiated a Solution Partner application to review the requirements, with the intention of returning to complete it shortly after.

When attempting to proceed today, I received the message:

“You or someone from your company has previously submitted an application that has been rejected. Please reapply after 180 days.”

However, no application was completed or submitted.

I’ve reviewed the available contact form options but haven’t been able to find a clear route for this scenario, hence turning to the community. 

Does anyone know how we can get assistance? Essentially, we would like the application reset so it can be completed.

The company name is Acenium, based in London, UK.

Thanks in advance for any advice.

Hi @Barry Anderson

Thank you for this. I was able to locate an application associated with your email address that was initiated in April 2025 and subsequently rejected on May 23, 2025.

For reference, once an application is started, you have the following 30 calendar days to complete it. If the application remains incomplete after those 30 days, our system automatically rejects it and places your domain (acenium.com) on a 180-day (6-month) hold, during which you are unable to reapply. This policy applies to all rejected applicants.

I have submitted a manual override request to our operations team to have your previous application deleted, which will allow you to reapply. This process can take up to 24 hours. I'd advise to try again in 24 hours from the time this message was sent. If you still are experiencing the error at that time, come back here and let me know and I will continue to escalate.
