Should my company register separately as partner for the US region?

Hi, we are a silver solution partner here in India. We have an US entity which would like to promote Atlassian and engage with customers as a partner. Please share some insights if we need to register separately in the US and later in Europe. 

Our partner directory profile mentions "worldwide" as the Partner Contract Territory. 

How do I contact a partner executive or sales team or Atlassian representative in the US to start our engagement?

To expand your Atlassian partnership in the US and Europe, your "worldwide" partner contract should cover those regions. However, you may still need to register your US and European entities for compliance and tax purposes.

To contact Atlassian for partnership engagement in the US:

  1. Use the Atlassian Partner Portal to request support or contact your Partner Account Manager (PAM).
  2. Email partner-support@atlassian.com or call Atlassian's support team for assistance.
  3. Check for local registration requirements in the US and Europe, such as VAT registration in Europe or state-specific compliance in the US.

Thanks for your quick revert! However, my email to partner-support@atlassian.com bounced back with a message that the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail. 

In the partner portal, I am not able to find PAM details. I can just see the Atlassian Contact name but it does not contain the email-id.
