No response from Solution Partner Request even after follow-up e-mail

Hello,

I applied my company on November 12th, for a Silver Solution partner program but haven't heard back even though it states the response will arrive within 10 days. Is there anyone who can help me since the program is extremely important to me. I also sent a follow-up email to contactchannel@atlassian.com but haven't received any response yet. The location of my company is the Republic of Croatia, Europe.

This is one I think we need an Atlassian to have a quick look at, so I've asked them.

It might be useful to help them get to the right person more quickly if you could tell us the name of your company.

I believe one of our Partner Managers reached out to Roko to address this.  Seems like this other post Roko made in https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Atlassian-Solution-Partners/Our-attlasian-partnership-have-been-rejected/qaq-p/2233221 confirms this.

I have the same problem.
The company is Gung . We sent the application for the partnet program on January 9. We also sent a follow-up email to contactchannel@atlassian.com but haven't received any response yet. The location of my company is the Italy, Europe.
