You can now control which domains are allowed to connect to your Atlassian apps via the Rovo MCP server. This means you decide which AI tools and integrations can access your organization’s Jira, Confluence, and Compass instances.
Key highlights:
Atlassian’s supported domain list is enabled by default. You can add your own domains or turn off the Atlassian list to block all domains except those you specify.
All configuration happens in Atlassian Administration at the organization level.
Controls apply to OAuth connections only. (API token connections aren’t restricted.)
How to get started:
Go to Atlassian Administration and select your organization.
Navigate to Apps > AI settings > Rovo MCP server.
Add or remove domains as needed.

We hope these updates give you more control over how AI tools interact with your Atlassian apps.
