We’re using LibreChat as our chatbot application and trying to integrate Atlassian MCP. However, as per Atlassian docs, they currently support only a limited set of MCP clients.
Has anyone successfully configured Atlassian MCP to work with a custom chatbot client setup?
Here’s the error I’m encountering:
“The redirect URI is not allowed. The URL is not part of Atlassian’s allowlisted domains for registered MCP clients. Redirect URI: https://customdomain.com/atlassian/oauth/callback”
