Can't connect MCP Server - something went wrong (missing scopes)

Hi,

when trying to connect the Atlassian connector, I'm getting this error: 

I'm the owner of our company's Claude org and this connector used to work flawlessly.
I also had a colleague try it and he's getting the same error.

How can this be fixed?

The support form's "Cloud URL" field doesn't recognize our site's address, so I'm submitting the details here instead as it's related to Claude Atlassian Rovo connector as well.

Issue: I'm repeatedly getting "Unable to reach Atlassian Rovo" errors when using the Atlassian Rovo MCP connector from Claude against this site. It happens frequently/constantly, though the connection does succeed intermittently — I was able to successfully query accessible resources for this site moments before the errors started recurring.

Please help.

Is there a more specific error message you can share? If you hover over the error icon from your screenshot, you should be able to see the error message.
