I am unable to move the tasks

The workflow transition isn't happening and Iam unable to move the tasks to the required states. 

I have to complete the sprint but the tasks are still inprogress though the columns are mapped in the board configuration, the transition isn't happening. 

Looks like some glitches as i could do this transition on friday for this task 
then why i am unable to do the same for the other tasks today ? Need your inputs asap as i need to close the sprint today.

How can i delete this if I don't want to get viewed by all but I need helo from Jira Team only.
