×Hi, I want to delete my account, but system won't let me. I had Trello attached, but that was deactivated 05AUG2025. I never had a paid subscription. Please advise what I need to do to completely delete my account. Thanks, Stephanie

You need to have your account removed from the Technical Contact or Primary Billing Contact fields in https://www.atlassian.com/purchase/my/. You might need to transfer them.
If problem continues, please contact Atlassian support via https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/.

As the screenshot says you need to change to a different person for the billing contact.
