We are looking for a one stop shop where we can view all inquiries and requests we have placed with Atlassian. There are multiple people on our team and we would all like to view the requests and their status' in one place regardless of who on our team has placed the request.

When you’re working as an agent, you can use the “Filter Results” gadget along with a JQL query like:
Organizations = <Your Organization>
This will display all requests submitted by your team.
I think I may have not been super clear in what I'm looking for. I was looking for inquiries and tickets that are submitted to Atlassian. So thought maybe on my.atlassian.com there would be a means to submit tickets but also view tickets from team members. Or at least that is what was hoping for....

In this case, I don’t believe Atlassian offers this functionality natively within their own support system. I also have to manually add my colleagues to each request using the “Share” button within the ticket, so they have access to the issue as well.
