Hello, everyone! I recently encountered a task that I had previously avoided. Our company has clients all over the country, and we needed to collect fairly accurate data on various points of sale and service centers. At first, I tried to do this manually using maps, but I quickly realized that it was simply not feasible—there was too much information and not enough time. Has anyone else encountered something similar?

Are there any decent tools that can really help with geographically scattered data so that I don't have to spend a lot of time copying addresses and phone numbers manually?

Hello! I understand your pain, as I've been through it myself. When we were trying to update our customer database across the country, we also struggled with manual data collection at first. Then I found a tool that really simplified the task — you can check it here. It allows you to extract information directly from maps, and it's structured, so you don't have to manually copy addresses or phone numbers. We used it for market analysis and potential customer assessment, and it really saved us weeks of work. I recommend giving it a try, especially if you have a large database spread across different cities.

I often run into situations where I have to look for data in different places, and sometimes even simply combining information into one table turns into a real puzzle. These days, services are starting to appear that make this easier, but you still often have to double-check the data manually to make sure nothing is missed. I think it’s important to find a balance between automation and manual review so the quality of the information doesn’t suffer.
