Unable to enable Confluence Atlassian Intelligence

The only product available for Atlassian Intelligence is Jira, so we have enabled that but we would also like to use the Confluence Atlassian Intelligence features and are unable to do so. Any tips or tricks to getting that enabled? Am I looking in the wrong place?
