Enable AI in Confluence and Jira Service Mgmt.

Hi, I was accepted to the program today but only am able to add it tot the Jira Software module. Should I be able to see the other products to enable Atlassian Intelligence in those as well? Also, I don't see a way to use it int he Jira Software module.

We were accepted for just Confluence, but not Software or JSM even though I selected them as well, so it looks like they are slowly rolling it out. I imagine in the future we will get access to the full suite of products so they can verify it is working well with all of them enabled. To verify what you have access to you can go to Settings > Atlassian Intelligence > Select products in Atlassian Admin.
As for what it can do, I was shown a popup detailing the features available in Confluence. For Jira, try doing an issue search as that looks to be the only feature available at this time: https://support.atlassian.com/organization-administration/docs/understand-atlassian-intelligence-features-in-products/
