Don't understand SmartLinks in Rovo

Hello,

we are starting with Rovo and try out some things. Today we want to find out how we can access the deals in Pipedrive. So I connected to Pipedrive and then ... nothing.

There is a page for this SmartLink integration but completely useless. No documentation, no examples how to use this.

I need some hints how to use it:

1. Do I need to wait or are the data immediately accessible? 
2. Give me some examples of what I can do with this integration.
3. How to remove the connection? I see no options to do this.

Smartlink "integrations" is works different than the Rovo Connectors that you setup in the Administration. Rovo will only search inside any link that is displayed within Confluence AND that has been viewed by the current user.

So let's say you have two Confluence pages with links to Pipedrive:
Page A with Link to Deal 1; Page B with Link to Deal 2
You viewed page A but never viewed Page B - now you search for Deals. You will only get information on Deal 1.

A different user who has accessed different pages with other links may get completely different results; not even taking into account that permissions may be different.

Relatively useless, I would say. What sort of search is it when I look for deals and don't see any of the available and accessible deals? A search should also yield results that I am not aware of.

Hi @Rebekka Heilmann _viadee_ , thank you for your explanation about Rovo search behavior with Smart Links on a Confluence page.

Considering your example, how would Rovo AI behave with such a Smart Link? For instance, imagine a Smart Link to a Google Drive document. Would Rovo Chat be able to read the document's content and use it to generate a response?
