Hi Atlassian Community,

New Rovo Studio Beta was recently released, and I would like to understand whether it will be included in the existing Jira plan at no additional cost, or if Atlassian will charge extra for it.

@M Chandra Shekar Thank you for asking this, since looking for this information led me to this page (https://support.atlassian.com/rovo/docs/rovo-usage-limits). At the bottom, it says:

Rovo features that are in Beta, unless otherwise stated, are free to use and don't count against your included Rovo credits quota. This includes the Atlassian Remote MCP Server.

So, I guess that there is no charge while the Rovo Studio is in Beta. Rovo Studio hasn't been added to the pricing pages for Jira or Confluence.

Based on the other information on the linked page, however, it seems that we will not be charged for these features; we will be charged for usage when we go over the number of credits allotted based on our plans.

For sure they will charge extra - just a matter of time. Look at their stock price performance and see they urgently need revs:
