Can intents be turned off entirely - in testing as well?

I previously created intents to cover common requests, however these intents are also in our KBs. I'd like to quickly be able to toggle intents on and off in the testing channel, to compare how the AI KB response compares to what we manually wrote, but right now there doesn't seem to be a way to shut this off in the testing channel without entirely deleting intents.

Really great feedback, thank you for sharing. We decided to do live/test prior to working on AI Answers, and that decision hasn't aged well and we need to revisit it. 

In the meantime, as a workaround, you could create a new slack channel that can act as a "test" channel but is technically a production request channel. It will impact your metrics but you could do quick tests on it where "test" intents do not trigger. .
