So I don't know if we're doing something wrong. Apparently, our organization already has AI access for all products.
However, it only runs in Confluence and JSM (AI Agent), and it doesn't turn on in Jira software despite the checked checkbox.
Is this something on my side or yours?
Solved! Go to Solution.
Confluence AI is great but of course there is room for improvement.
The AI in Jira Software searching is only available within projects. It is not yet available within the Advanced issue search.
Hi @Tomasz Pośpiech @Gary Spross @Colton_Kosicek
Apologies for the slow response on this.
Select your Jira Software project
Select the Issues view option from the side panel. If the Issues view is not appearing for you, go into project settings -> features and toggle Issue Navigator on.
Alternatively, you can append /issues onto the URL from a specific project in Jira Software
Hope this helps!
