Teamwork Graph (TWG) connectors now have a top-level home in Admin Hub

Work rarely happens in one place. Teams collaborate in Confluence and Jira, share updates in Slack or Microsoft Teams, manage code in GitHub, and track customer or business context in other systems. Teamwork Graph (TWG) connects this context across Atlassian and third-party tools, helping Atlassian experiences understand the people, teams, work, goals, and relationships behind the information.

That connected context helps TWG deliver value across Rovo Search, Chat, Agents, and other AI-powered workflows. Instead of treating each page, issue, message, video, goal, or external record as an isolated item, TWG helps relate them so people and AI can find relevant information faster, spend less time switching between tools, and make better-informed decisions. It also provides the foundation for more relevant, grounded, and actionable AI experiences—while respecting permissions in the connected source systems.

To make that foundation easier to build and manage, we’ve moved Connectors to the top-level navigation in Admin Hub. Organization admins now have a clear, direct destination to discover available connectors and manage their connections—without searching through multiple menus or separate experiences. From Admin Hub → Connectors, admins can start setup, review connector-specific details and settings, reauthorize connections when needed, monitor connector health, and disconnect apps when appropriate.

Why this matters

  • Discover more easily: Find available connectors in one prominent, centralized location.

  • Set up with less friction: Start configuration without navigating through multiple menus or experiences.

  • Keep connections healthy: Review status, reauthorize connections, update permissions, and address issues from one place.

  • Unlock richer context: Connect the tools your teams already use so TWG can support better search, answers, decisions, and workflows.

Depending on the connector, data may be synced, retrieved live through a provider’s search API, or made available through Smart Link data. TWG and Rovo always respect the permissions defined in the connected source system. Be sure to confirm that each connector aligns with your organization’s privacy, retention, and access-control policies.

Ready to explore? Visit Atlassian Administration, select your organization, and choose Connectors from the side navigation. Learn more about managing Teamwork Graph connectors and share your feedback: What would make it easier for you to discover, set up, or manage your connectors?
