We’re launching a new series: AI for Leaders, and I’m hosting one of our inaugural sessions on how to start using AI as a strategic leadership partner, not just an administrative assistant.

• A practical mental model for using AI as a leadership partner, not a novelty

• A blueprint for moving from individual leader experimentation to org‑wide norms, boundaries, and rituals that make AI a designed part of your system of work
