Once you click on the Zephy App icon (show when you click on the App Actions icon) in a Jira Issue (Task, etc.), a new Zephyr traceability section will appear.  Click on the 'hamburger' menu icon to the right of this menu and you will see an option to "Add Existing Test Cycle".  Click on that, choose your cycle, and it will show the cycle, its status and progress.

Hi @Saqib Dar , thanks for your post.

Do you have ScriptRunner? I found this in the Zephyr documentation for how to copy Zephyr data into the Jira tickets - https://support.smartbear.com/zephyr-dc/docs/en/test-automation/integrations/scriptrunner-for-jira-intergration/creating-script-fields-with-scriptrunner-for-zephyr-scale-data.html?sbsearch=copy%20test%20cycle%20number

If you don't have ScriptRunner, I think you will struggle to do this with automation or an out-of-the-box tool as Jira doesn't access the data of the app of Zephyr.

I hope this helps you.

Cheers
