I'm trying to open Zephyr but I get an error message:

After refreshing many times it works.

This is a known behavior with Zephyr Scale and is usually caused by a temporary loading or sync issue, not a permanent error.
The 404 appears when Jira tries to open a Zephyr view that hasn’t finished loading or syncing yet. That’s why refreshing the page a few times eventually works.
To reduce or avoid this:
Use the “Go to the default view” button when the error appears
Make sure you’re opening Zephyr from the Apps menu (not a bookmarked URL)
Clear browser cache or try incognito if it happens frequently
Ensure you have access to at least one valid Zephyr test view in that project
If the issue keeps happening even after refresh and across users, it’s worth raising it with Zephyr Support, as they can check backend sync or permission issues.
