Currently, their StatusPage indicates ongoing connectivity problems, which could explain why your dashboard gadgets aren’t working, especially if nothing else has changed in your Jira environment.
I recommend monitoring their StatusPage for updates. If the issue is urgent, you can also reach out to their support team directly via their service desk.
