XRay - Test execution and Test plans not loading

Hello Team, we are still facing issues with Test cases, Test execution & Test plans loading issue in XRAY. We can see the linked test executions in the Test plan are not showing. Same with Test executions no showing the added cases. Also, the steps in test cases not showing.
