Why isn't anything showing up in my capacity tracker? (neither points nor hours)

I have all filters and data set up correctly (I believe) but am receiving no data in the capacity tracker.

Can you provide more context.

How do you use a capacity tracker, is this ootb in Jira (I'm not aware it is) or are you using a 3rd party marketplace app for this.

Screenshots, etc.. will provide more context for community members
