Updating values in a column with formula through smartsheet workflow from Jira

I have a priority column in my Sheet that is formula based. If P0, then it is Critical; P1=High etc.

I have a workflow that is bi-directional. Through the workflow, the values for priority and other columns are supposed to be updated from Jira. But workflow fails with the comment that a formula based column cannot be updated via workflow. How can I resolve this?

Hi @Kala Kalyanasundaram , I believe the only solution would be to create another column and copy/paste the values. Admittedly this may not be ideal or work in you scenario as it requires manual intervention.
